This is an introductory course for Igniting Motivation™ and is designed for individuals and managers to understand the core concepts of Purpose at Work. You will learn about your own preference when it comes to the 8 Sparks and we will provide you with practical strategies you can use to begin to foster a greater sense of purpose and meaning in your workplace. The material and strategies presented will help you achieve the benefits from a workplace where employees are able to connect their work to their internal sense of meaning and fulfillment.

When taken by everyone on your team, you can share in your learning and you will gain more insight into what specifically motivates your co-workers, and what helps them find a sense of purpose in their work, improving the motivation of your entire team.
