In May 2024, NP Rail invited all employees to participate in a survey that asked how we can improve your employee experience — and you responded.
Nearly 40% of both employees and managers told us we can do more to make everyone feel heard, seen, and encouraged.
We listened.
In response to your valuable feedback, we’re launching a new program aimed at enhancing recognition across our organization. This initiative will provide each of us the opportunity to better understand how we—and our colleagues—perceive and appreciate recognition.
Join us in fostering a workplace where every contribution is valued.
This program is called Sevenfold Recognition™.
To get started, you can register a free account on this training platform and register for the Sevenfold Recognition™ course. To do that just follow these steps:
- Create your account by clicking Register in the menu above.
- Once the account has been created go to https://academy.roman3.ca/product/sevenfold-recognition-lifting-workplace-morale/ and add the course to your cart.
- On the checkout page use the code: NPRAIL2024-SFR to receive the course for free.
- Go to “My Account” and navigate to the bottom where ‘Your Courses’ will be listed.
- On the Sevenfold course page navigate to the bottom where you will see ‘Course Content’
- Select ‘Sevenfold Recognition’
